Registration fee includes Workshop Binder with slides of all the presentations, Detailed Short Course Slides and Certificate if taking short course(s), as well as Continental Breakfasts, Lunches, Morning/Afternoon Refreshments, and Networking Reception.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel with refund minus an administrative fee of $150 (and 5% transaction fee if you have paid with a credit card). Cancellation must be in written by sending us an email, and the deadline for cancellation is Feb. 25, 2012. Due to financial obligations incurred, No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received after Feb. 25, 2012.
